Safety gates
You decide what goes out automatically and what waits for your OK.
Operating modes
You set the mode in the Pricing tab: every quote goes out immediately (instant), you review only quotes above a price or complexity threshold, you review everything, or TBD mode, where the customer always sees a “quote pending confirmation” response.
Unusual parts
Regardless of the mode, unusual parts always stop for a human decision: a probable casting, a catalog part (bearing, screw), a part outside your machines' work envelopes, very thin walls or extreme slenderness. Such a part gets no automatic price and the customer sees a request to get in touch.
Quotes waiting for you are in the Quotes tab with a Review badge, and the counter of new submissions shows in the sidebar and in the notification bell.
