Working with quotes
Review, corrections and sending the offer to the customer.
Quote details
The detail view shows everything an engineer needs: a 3D preview with clickable features (confirmed threads and fits are highlighted), a line-by-line cost breakdown, the specification the customer selected with deviations from the standard marked, and similar parts from history with your approved prices.
Corrections and the decision
You can correct the price in a single field: for the whole quote or for individual parts of an assembly. The automatic price is kept alongside, and your correction becomes a calibration sample. Approve and send notifies the customer by e-mail; Reject closes the quote with a note.
Export and the customer link
- Quote PDF export: a document with your shop's logo and color, ready to send as an attachment.
- HTML export: the same offer in the browser, printable to PDF with one command.
- Customer quote link: an address where the customer sees the quote online and can order right away. Especially handy for manually added quotes.
- New manual quote: upload a file on the customer's behalf (e.g. from an e-mail) and the quote goes through the normal analysis flow.
