Rates, parameters and quality
The Pricing tab is the control room for your price.
Commercial parameters
The percentage margin added to manufacturing cost, the minimum order value, setup time per fixturing, CAM programming cost per batch and lead times (standard, plus express with a percentage surcharge). Shipping is added per order: a parcel or a pallet, based on the batch weight and dimensions.
Quality multipliers
Multipliers increase machining time for tighter requirements: ISO 2768 tolerance classes (dimensional and geometric), Ra surface finish and ISO 286 hole fits (H6 to H9). Leave the standard classes at 1.0; multipliers only apply when the customer picks something tighter.
Outsourced operations
Anodizing, zinc plating, heat treatment, CMM reports and other external operations live in your own dictionary: cost by weight, by surface area or fixed per batch, plus their impact on the lead time. Customers pick them in the widget as finishing options.
