From a link to a payout
The payment counts, not the signup alone. A shop is your referral from the moment it signs up through your link or enters your code.

Common questions
Do I need a CNC shop or a MetronQ account?
No. The referrer account is separate and free, just an e-mail. The program is built for people without a shop account who know someone in the trade.
How does the referred shop enter my code?
Easiest, send them your link - the code fills itself in when they create a shop account. They can also type the code into the signup form.
When and how much do I get?
For a shop that subscribes - 50% of what it paid for the first month (net, after discounts; on yearly billing, 1/12 of the amount). For a shop on the Flexible plan - 50% of what it spends on quotes until the end of the month it signed up in. No cap on referrals, paid out at month-end.
What if the shop subscribes only months later?
The subscription share does not expire. It is credited on the shop's first subscription payment, whenever that comes.
Where do I see what I have earned?
In the referral portal: every shop you referred, its plan, every commission line and its status - pending or paid out.
Can the terms be other than 50%?
Yes. With a partner we can agree individual rates or a longer per-quote commission window. The portal always shows your own terms.
