Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen of the panel. It shows what is waiting for a decision now. The „Waiting for a decision” tile opens the queue; next to it are the value of the queue and the average value of a quote.

The metrics

• Waiting for a decision: the number of quotes the gates held, against all quotes this month.
• Value waiting: the total value of the held quotes, and the average per quote.
• With manufacturing notes: how many of the held quotes were held because of the geometry (thin walls, deep holes, slenderness, undercuts), not because of a configured rule.
• Median quoting time: the time the engine takes from the file upload to the end of the analysis, over the last 30 days. It is shown once there are at least five quotes.
• Quote to order: the conversion rate, compared with the previous month.

Below the figures, the „Quotes in progress” block lists the quotes that have a price (priced or approved) and no order yet, with the value of each quote and their total.

„Customise” lets each user choose which blocks the Dashboard shows. The choice is saved in the user's account and applies on every computer.

Notifications

A new quote or order is announced in three ways:

• the bell in the panel;
• a system notification of the browser, switched on in Settings („Desktop notifications”) separately in each browser;
• an e-mail to one address, the company's contact address, not to every user.

E-mail notifications can be switched off in Settings under „E-mail notifications”. This switch does not affect the bell.
