Plan and billing

The plans

• Trial: 14 days, no payment card, 8 quotes, two users.
• Flexible: no subscription, a charge for each quote the engine produces, no quote limit, the owner account only.
• Start: a fixed monthly fee, up to 100 quotes a month, the owner plus one user.
• Pro: no quote limit, the owner plus three users, priority support and consultations.
• Enterprise: scope and terms agreed individually.

• The plan is changed in the Subscription tab.
• Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Invoices and cancellation are in the Stripe portal, linked from the panel.
• Invoice details (company name, tax ID and address) are entered once, during the Stripe checkout, and are corrected in Stripe as well.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly; yearly billing costs about 20% less. Extra users are billed separately from the plan, monthly or yearly, independently of the plan's billing period. The Flexible plan has no extra users. API access is included in the Enterprise plan or available by individual agreement.

What counts as a quote

A quote is a part the engine has priced. A quote from the configurator on the shop's website counts the same as a quote created manually in the panel. It is counted when the price is calculated, whether or not it is approved and whether or not the customer orders.

Not counted:

• a file that was uploaded but never priced (the configurator analyses the model first and prices it when the customer requests the price);
• a part the engine could not price;
• a file that could not be read;
• parts added in Calibration.

Allowances and blocks

When the monthly allowance is used up, no new quote can be started in the configurator, in the panel or through the API until the plan changes or the next month starts. The history, the orders and the settings remain available. Independently of the allowance, the daily quote limit applies to every new quote: 50 by default, 0 turns it off, set in the Widget tab.

The 8 trial quotes apply to the whole trial, not per month. When the 14 days end, only the Subscription tab remains available until a plan is bought. Moving a quote to Trash does not return it to the allowance.
