Plan and billing
The trial, the plans, quote allowances and invoices.
The plans
- Trial: 14 days, no card, 5 quotes and two users.
- Flexible: no subscription, you pay for each quote the engine produces, no quote cap, the owner account only.
- Workshop: a fixed monthly fee, up to 100 quotes a month, owner plus one user.
- Team: no quote cap, owner plus three users, priority support and consultations.
- Group: scope and terms agreed individually.
Current rates are on the pricing page. You change plan in the Subscription tab, payment runs through Stripe, and invoices and cancellation live in the Stripe portal linked from the panel. Your invoicing details - company name, tax id and address - live in Settings, under Company; the Subscription tab reminds you if anything is missing.
What counts as a quote
A quote is any part the engine has analysed: one uploaded through the configurator on your site counts exactly like one you created manually in the panel. It is counted the moment the engine finishes the geometry, whether or not you approve the price and whether or not the customer orders. Abandoned uploads, files we could not read and parts added in Calibration are not counted.
Allowances and blocks
Once the monthly allowance is used up the panel keeps working, but the configurator stops taking new quotes until you change plan or the next month starts. Separately from that, you can set your own daily quote limit in Settings, under Widget.
How many users you get depends on the plan. Extra seats are bought in Subscription and prorated immediately - reducing them returns the difference as credit against your next invoices.
